Community Walk Through - will be held on Sunday June 2nd from 3pm – 5:30pm.
To All Seniors Attending The Party:
What to Wear:
Senior all night Party T-Shirt handed out at the senior breakfast - Required!
Socks and Tennis Shoes are - Recommended.
What to Bring:
NHS Photo ID is - Required!
Cell Phones are allowed - carry at your own risk, can be checked.
How to Act:
We expect all of those attending to act responsibly! We want everyone to have a safe and fun filled night. Parents will be called if students decide to make any bad choices as outlined in school policies. Also note; Northville Township Police will be on the premises monitoring the party.
Do Not Bring:
Food, Beverages or Water Bottles
Purses or Backpacks - these will have to be checked!
Valuables or Money - everything you need is included in the cost of the ticket.
Parking:
Student MAIN lot Parking - East Lot
Where to Enter:
West Athletic Entrance
Check-In:
Doors open at 9pm.
You must be checked in by 9:45pm
Volunteer staff will assign a bag to you, to be left in a secure area by check-in. Use this bag to store your personal belongings and keepsakes you receive at the party.
Check-Out:
No one may leave the party before 3am. When you leave you MUST take your Mustang Horse and Keepsake Bag.
All students will leave through the West Athletic Entrance.
To All Volunteers:
What to Wear:
White shirt and black pants (or skirt)
Committee Members will be in all black
Layered clothing - it will be cold in the building as air conditioned will be turned up all the way. Sweaters or light jackets are recommended.
Sensible comfortable shoes - No heels on the gym floors.
What to Bring:
Photo ID is - Required!
Cell Phones - Recommended.
Ear plugs- Recommended - it will be loud in the various venues.
Books and/or reading material for those who will be manning the doors.
Heavy duty gloves if helping with the load out.
What Not To Bring:
Food Beverages or Water Bottles - food will be provided in the volunteer break room.
Purses or backpacks will have to be checked!
Parking and Entrance:
Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Although, we would like for all the students to use the East lot for safety reasons.
All volunteers must enter at the Wresting Door Entrance that faces 6 Mile Road - The door will be clearly marked.
All volunteers will be checked-in. Please come a few minutes earlier than your scheduled time for a smooth transition
Check Out:
All volunteers must proceed directly to check-out once their shift is complete. Your name badge will be collected at that time. No one will be allowed to linger at the party who is not working. If you wish to work both shifts we will be happy to have you. In order to be at the party you must be working. This also is for safety reasons.
